The circuit is to switch the voltage for battery charging circuit and not allow the solar power to 'other load' circuitry.
  1. The charge current is set to 1A where in this configuration it draws only 125mA. The diodes D1, D2, D3 are SS34A.
  2. When removed D2 and applied supply voltage to solar source it works fine.
  3. When I replace all the diodes to 1N4004, the circuit draw sufficient charge current.
As I have tried this simulation using SS34A and 1N4004, I get no issues but practically for which property of SS34A I'm getting the problem.

The SS34A is rated at 40V PIV. What is the maximum voltages from the DC source and from the solar panel?

When you tried the SS34A were all three diodes SS34A's of just one?

Maximum = 12V solar, 40W panel and DC voltage 12V, 3A.
I have used same part number for all 3 SS34 diodes.

of the information you have provided so far, I cannot imagine why adding D2 would decrease the charging current. It seems some information is missing.

This much input circuitry I have done. So as I have changed the diodes to 1N4004, the circuit is working fine. But still didn't find the reason why schottky diode is not working for this circuitry.
