Is this a forum for the Micro-Cap SPICE Simulator?

I don't think so. I can't remember any Micro-Cap threads going back 20 years or so. A search would probably reveal any if they exist.

ETA: There are some threads, some with 0 replies.

Micro-Cap SPICE is no longer supported. I started using it very early on. I found it had a very good user interface when other SPICEs were very poot.
I understand version 12 is the last version and can be downloaded. I do not use it now but have good memories.
I used it mostly for monte carlo simulation. Which saved me many times.
I don't know of a good link for help. Can you start one? I think there was some University engineering help sights years ago.

I started using Micro-Cap in 2001 (Emerson). It is an exceptional electronic design simulator. Prototypes perform exactly the same as the Micro-Cap simulator. Breadboarding is no longer needed.

I continue to encourage college students to use Micro-Cap. It is more affordable now as it is free. Plus, students can install it on their home computer.

It would be good if there were a forum.

In the past, I added --- .lib "aaa.lib" --- to nom.lib. The aaa.lib contained many .SUBCKTs I downloaded from company websites.

I retired and installed MicroCap on my home computer. For some reason, the .SUBCKTs are no longer found via Component > Find Component > Search Fields > All.

What is the procedure to add .SUBCKTs?
