Is HVDC substation power transformer use PCB ? (Printed Circuit Board)

I suspect that ignitrons are seldom used now because of the huge concern about the mercury toxic properties. Rather a blind panic approach, really. Of course SCR devices probably do cost less, but an ignitron is far more forgiving of momentary high voltage spikes.
