The 25 amp fuse blew and replaced it with a 20 amp fuse (couldn't find a 25 amp fuse). The inverter would not charge and the red light that shows inverter is charging is not showing either.
Will appreciate assistance.

 

Inverters don't "charge". Are you talking about a battery charger? Maybe a UPS? Naming the make and model might help experts here understand what you are dealing with.

Whatever blew the fuse may still be a problem, or may have caused other damage.
Is the 20A still good?

If there is indeed a battery in the system, I'd start by removing or replacing it. Or at least checking it.
