hi guys I have been trying to spin the motor I have uploaded in this circuit
clockwise and anti-clockwise using 2 relays I am only able to acheive it
spinning in one direction .Please I will like some one to help correct me that circuit

Have you actually built this? I'm surprised your RL1 or power supply hasn't died as when you close RL1 it shorts your power supply to gnd.

 

RL2 is the only one that will operate the motor. You cant reverse it with the power common permanently connected to the motor.

In the spirit of being helpful. Try drawing out two separate circuits - one for each direction of the motor. Then figure out how to make one with the relays powered and one with them unpowered. Hint - you'll need to use both NO and NC terminals of both relays.
