how would i calculate the gain for that then? Acm = vout/vcm
what is the values for vout? is it 1.2m or -1.9mA?

Use peak to peak values for both the input and output signal.
Can you explain what you mean by this? I looked at the datasheet and don't really see anything relating to it.

It says the input offset voltage for the LM324 is typically ±9mV. The offset (effectively a built-in voltage difference between the inverting and non-inverting inputs) arises because of asymmetry/tolerances in the manufacturing process.
[Note 8: V O . 1.4V, R S = 0Ω with V + from 5V to 30V; and over the full input common-mode range (0V to V + − 1.5V) for LM2902, V + from 5V to 26V.]
