I need your help to characterize an instrumentation amplifier.
Can you explain to me how can I found the thermal and the 1/f noise both as noise density and integrated noise (voltage and current), and the power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) for an instrumentation amplifier?

Do you want to measure the noise or get it from the data sheet?

 

I need to know how to determine the noise theoretically from a circuit and how to simulate it under PSpice.
