Increasing the current without changing the voltage

Searching for a Sch. to build a Power Supply with Hi Current / 25 to 30 Amps....

I would like to be able to Adjust the Voltage & Amp. independently from each other.

It would help to know how I could Boost the Current Theory, on a Power Supply....

If you have a voltage source the output current is determined by the circuit. If you have a current source the output voltage is determined by the circuit. You can set a limit for current or voltage (respectively) but you can't set the output value of both for a given circuit.
