I think, technically, it's a Stop octagosine (sounds like something from Jurassic Park).
It is far enough "off" that I had to look at the spelling twice to get it. More of a symbolic "sine" than a real one, but for the sake of such a good pun, easily forgiven.

As punishment for that I think you should be compelled to calculate the spectral content of that waveform. And don't say "red and white."
Anyone else remember yellow stop signs?
