What is the difference between Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), and, Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS)?

IMU is a part of a AHRS.

AHRS tends to refer to the complete system, which includes input fomr an IMU.

Now it can be argued , that an IMU is a AHRS, but with little / no system processing

My simple view, in a lot of cases, AHRS is the expensive posh name for an IMU ...

i can also find from wikipedia. this is not an answer. i can not understand the difference. nor can you.
I have no difficulty understanding the difference, and your inability to find meaning within the Wikipedia entries reflects poorly on your ability to differentiate between inertial versus non-inertial systems.

Your rudeness is also entirely uncalled for and, as I understand it, has no place here.
