Dear Friends,

I want to thank all of you in advance, I had a charger for the batteries of the portable Motorola (walky-Talky ) Model IMPRES.
I attached two pictures for the SMD part with the marking code (8A), when I searched for it online they said it is an NPN transistor ( unfortunately ) it is not.
because the charger has SIX ports for charging so I removed it and tested it ( it is not NPN ) anyone kindly know what it is?
and if anyone has the schematic, can you send it to me?
