Impedance PCB trace spacing

Hi

I working on PCB which requires a 50 ohms impedance controlled trace. The PCB has calculated the trace width to be 0.383mm, but is there spacing between the trace and any GND copper pour on the Top layer, which also needs be kept?

As currently its seems the spacing is the standard spacing of 0.2mm.
