Image Does Not Show In 'Reply' If No Text

Hello there,

I just found out that if you click 'Reply' when there is just an image in the post you are replying to, the image does not show up as usual. It will turn out to be a quote with nothing inside the quote.

Normally when we hit 'Reply' it shows the image with the text in that post, but with no text, no image shows even if there is an image in the post ... currently there has to be at least some text with the image for it to show up.
