I'm designing an electronic board game much like aggravation where colored clear marbles will be moved around the board and rest in holes in the game board. I'm looking for small switches that will emit light when activated by the weight of the clear colored marbles when placed in the holes.

Does anyone have source I can contact to see what types of switches they have..

Change the clear marbles for magnetite or neodymium spheres, and use reed switches to detect them.

It seems like you will need a whole lot of these switches, and probably they will need to be both quite small and also quite cheap.
In addition to requiring very low force to operate, the switches will also need to be dirt-proof and very durable.
The actual design of the switching mechanism will depend on how far into the hole the marble enters, and if the player is to be able to pick it back up without effort, or flip the board over to remove the marbles.
Is this a one-off personal project? or a product development for a toy company, in which case commercial rates would apply. But with results worth the price.

Other options are an optical switch (which will require electronics) and a DIY switch using two pieces of metal foil.

If you can source some transparent magnetite or neodymium, this might work—but the TS seems to want the spheres to light up from the embedded LEDs(?), hence clear.

If if is as it seems, they will need to be frosted or have some other way of scattering light for it to work.

Transparent marbles are not "clear"! and really, a cheap switch will need to be embedded in some elastomer-type material, like a water-proof touch switch. That same molded material can support the LED or multiple LEDs. (a free design clue)
