Hello. I have an old ignition amplifier with a bug and broke it down.
Doiing this, I accidentally pulled on a small transformator (with adjusting ferrite center)(on diagram L3-L4)(the whole PCB was foamed)...
Battery tension =V1=12V.
I real life there is (was) an oscillation of 28-35V at yellow wire of the PCB to the pickup module (L1) and a varying signal amplitude on the rd wire (L2)
(600Khz: 3.5V --> 0.5V depending on the position of a ferrite bar in the reluctor near the pickup module (L1-L2).
For know I'm only interested in the left part (the oscillator) of the diagram.
I would like to connect the transfo again but some windings are unwinded.
For 600 KHz I calculated that with C2 the L4 should be 21,32 µH.
In sim: I see oscillations but low V and 135KHz...
I made the .asc copying the real circuit. BUT I do not know values of many components (eg all Q's exept Q3); R's and C's are known. L's are an estimation/calculation..
I guess the Q3 should apply a 180° phase shift as is the transformer L3-L4 but I dont find the BFX84.
Is Q3 also applying a 180° phase shift?
Why do I have only mV's instead of the 28-35V seen in real life. Why 135Khz instead of 600Khz...
Anyone can help me? I want to rebuild the transformator and sim it before I start.
