I am trying to simulate the IGBT ixyk110n120a4 in LTSPICE, but I don't find a LTSPICE subckt model directive in the manufacturer site. Can you provide inputs to develop the subckt model for the corresponding IGBT.

 

Take a 40 amp model and multiply its currents by 3.
