Hi,
I am building an IGBT half bridge that will be used to switch between two voltage supplies as shown in the schematic
Do I need a DC link capacitors?
if I do, where do I place them?
is that the same as DC filter capacitors, or the DC link capacitors are something different?
what values should I use?
application info: Positive supply:10VDC
negative supply: -800VDC
Load current: 20A max
Frequency: 30kHz
I also attached the datasheet for the IGBT i am using
