It looks like the current rating is for each IGBT.
Since you will be driving the IGBTs with PWM you should just make sure to not exceed the pulse collector current rating. It has built-in overtemperature protection.

The motor power rating will give you the maximum the motor should be subjected to, under varying load conditions the current through the IGBT will vary as well.
The motor will also draw more current when started.

Is there anyway to be shure regarding the current in phases?

How can I define from the datasheet what is the max power which can this IGBT handle?
