Hi,
could you please help me with identification of the transistor. I suspect its manufactured by ROHM(?), because date code marked vertically with rotation of 90deg instead of 270deg. Thanks.

Without context—what this IC is in, what the circuit might be—it is a guessing game. Unfortunately, your isolated photo is nearly useless. It does help to see what the package is and that eliminates any normal Rohm part that might be marked TS. They have one part: IMH10A (2SC5437EB), but it is in an SOT-163 package because is a dual transistor.

Can you tell us what this is in? Provide a photo with the surrounding components?

 

I've found it. That's a 2SC3906K in SOT-23.
