I am trying to troubleshoot a small device that uses surface mount components. I have a schematic, but it doesn't seem to agree with the device I have - wrong part designations - so I'm thinking it might be from a different revision of the device.
Using only the markings on the components, how can I identify what they are? The components in question are marked as follows:
- three legs "Alt 1o"
- three legs "WB1 26"
- five legs "-H25="
The device is an SD card reader that connects to a computer via a parallel ACSI bus.
My schematic shows that one of the components might be a BAW56 diode, another might be an MM3Z3V3, but that doesn't match the component packages.
Any assistance in identifying these devices is appreciated!
