Identify these IC chips. Possibly 3.3v regulator or power management...

The ICs are circled in red. Image attached. The ICs chips (8pins) have three letters on them "OFA"OCZ_SSD 001.jpg This is a OCZ SSD harddrive.

I'm guessing the board gets 5 volts and regulates it down to 3.3v, but just a guess. Do the ram ICs use 3.3v? The problem is getting the same size chips with the same pinouts. Is this pic kind of what you were thinking Richard? See below example of switching regulator. Again, no idea of the size of the components.
