I am trying to identify parts on pcb..This pcb is from a digital drum machine DDR 770 made by BOSS.
I have put some pics for you to see.
I need to know the kind of resistors used ..they are quite small. Also diodes.
There is an extra Diode that looks like a capacitor on the back of the pcdiode copy.jpgresistors copy.jpgScreenHunter 3430 copy.jpgScreenHunter 3431.jpgb.
thanks for any help. regards

R129 10kΩ
R130 47kΩ
R139 1kΩ
D101 MTZ 8.2B Zener Diode
C144 0.1μF

R131 10kΩ
D103 MTZ 5.6C Zener Diode
R133 10kΩ
R135 560Ω

C163 10μ/35V electrolytic capacitor on the solder side of the PCB on the input of IC104, 7805 regulator.
This was an after-assembly addition to solve an instability problem with the 5V regulator.

Thank you MrChips, This helps me a lot. When i go to order these resistors if needed, what do i call them, ,these are only around 3mm long and much smaller than normal resistors that i am used to using. best regards. Are these carbon 1/8 watt ?

Resistors don't go bad often. Before you attempt to replace components you need to firstly identify the fault. Replacing parts willy nilly is not my style.

Tells us what are the symptoms and we will guide you with a proper diagnostic and repair plan.

Thank you again. .When i tried to plug in power supply i noticed nothing happened and i checked plug on power supply and found that the end of the plug looked missing i will enclose photo. Around where the cable enters the plug it looked as though it had melted a bit. I tried to find a new replacement plug but it is a bit larger than the normal ones. I checked inside the unit to see if there was anything wrong and noticed around the area where the resistors are has darkened with heat leading me to think there might be a problem there. Inside of the jack plug was loose and the live and neutral soldered parts i think had touched each other. I have ordered a new power supply and when it arrives i will try it to see if it works, that might be over a week to come. .and i will let you know if it works. Can i replace socket and jack to the normal kind like the picture below 20231204_105107.jpg20231204_105115.jpg20231204_105518.jpg20231204_105536.jpg20231204_105558.jpgScreenHunter 3458.pngor is there a reason that BOSS used a larger size ?..... best regards.

Barrel power connectors (plugs and jacks) come in different sizes. You can change the plugs and jacks to suit your needs.

You can also get universal kits for a variety of sizes.
