I am looking for help to identify this IEC Outlet Plug i think its proprietary not sure if a standard C13 will do the job i don't have access to the device to test its for a charging bracket for a medical device.

hi, i'm not an expert on this, but I'd take a guess that any ac interface in the world would have maximum 3 terminals, the one on the image has 6. and by the looks of it, these are 2 mirrored sockets for 2 different types of jacks, and probably there is a room for a 3-d and 4-th variant:
1. bottom square one with 2 flat or diagonal on top for something like this https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Hospital-Medical-P006-015-HG13CL/dp/B01EEUHSXS or a 2. nema variant.
3. 2 vertical sockets and a round socket for "straight blade nema 5-15.
4. iec 60320 c18.
as I said, this is just a guess work. equipment manufacturer probably targeted a worldwide power interface compatibility.
regards.
