Greetings,

Can someone please assist with identifying these two Toshiba IC's? I could not locate a data sheet from the numbering. They are out of a Sanyo DCX690 that I am parting out. Also, if someone knows of a link to a service manual or schematic, that would be great.

My guess is the full part numbers are 2SA1990 and 2SA1991.

I couldn't find it on Toshiba's website, but it also indicated 2SA1930 wasn't found and I found a datasheet for that part online.
