Id current in 2n7000 Mosfet

I'm looking at the datasheet for a 2n7000 nmosfet transistor and I'm a little confused. Id max according to the datasheet is 200mA but when I look at the graphs it shows Id up 2A. I want to operate the fet with a higher Vgs around 15V and in the saturation region but if Id can't be higher than 200mA it doesn't seem possible. Any help would be great. Heres a link to the datasheet :http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...ms_-HJadAeykwxT-w&sig2=j2uHzCtbJghoioz3xp2jnA

The difference in the current is explained by the fact that the N-ch mosfet can only handle 200mA of continuous current. The device can withstand higher currents when they are applied in the form of a pulse of the specified duration and duty cycle.
