I haven't quite found the right bird yet.
Just looked up the current one and it is called a Shoveler. I've only ever seen this one, they are not too common here.

 

What about the night crown heron.

 

It is a grey heron, I see it all the time on an island at a park I go to a lot. I have to use my biggest lens to get a decent photo.

 

I am have with 30 feet of nest ,with baby chicks. I have

It is proud and strong fighting cock. Not a penguin. Anyway I can not control it. It will walk and stop as it self choose. I think right now it is on the way in cyberspace.
