I am looking for pretty much the same diode as the original poster for a trigger switch on a hammer drill as well. It is a Macom MA 038 T6. I have not been able to locate this diode for sale on Macom or any other sites. Does anyone know where or how to purchase this diode or convert it to another manufacturer part number?
