I have scanned all the messages in the program listing and I cannot find that match.?

The idea would be to find that screen message and use that as pointer to a program patch for outputting a relay Stop signal.

The machine isn't running right now and won't be again until Monday but I will confirm the exact wording of the message.

Looking at your screenshot it could well be the Repeatcount Stopped message.
