All About Circuits

I need to clean up the output. What do you suggest?

First, the wires were shortened and then a 1uf MLCC was placed across the 12V supply to the source. The shorter wires did little affect the output but the capacitor cleaned the signal up considerably. Now there is only a slight negative spike to -5V at most which we can live with. Thanks for all your suggestions because the problem has been solved.
