That's just the SPO-256 schematic, it's in all their datasheets. You need to post a COMPLETE schematic of your project. That would be a good start.

That SPO-256 is a pretty rare and expensive IC these days, it's been out of production for years.

A popular freeware version of Eagle CAD can be downloaded.

That's a start, now figure out how to draw a schematic, there are many out there like Eagle CAD and even Electronic Workbench (has 30 day trial)
You could also post any coding YOU'VE written. Which C compiler are you going to use?

Can we see a picture of this "Circuit" ?? How did you connect the Keypad?

But to port C instead of port B...RC0 not connected it is TO cheak if there is a key pressed or not.i started tho connection from RC1.
Also the keypad is like that

You need to find out what voltage values are given when each key is pressed. I assume the keys are attached to a matrix of some kind? I may be wrong, it's just a guess. But there has to be a way to differentiate between each key being pressed.

With the schematic you posted it looks like you should output a high on each one of the pins RB4-7 in turn, with the others low. If you read pins RB0-3 each time and any of the buttons is pressed then you will get a high bit out.
Give it a try.
