You can use any 1A fuse that is:
Rated to 240V or more
Is considered "fast"
The same physical dimensions

Is this a 1/4" glass fuse like this?

Well the story is a bit different because i got the mulimeter from a friend and the fuse wasnt in it, so i dont know excactly how it looks. But there is a 2nd fuse inside wich is ceramic and 10A i figured the other one also would be ceramic or is it just me? I am a little new to electronics so i dont know everyting

Can you take a picture with a ruler in the frame? If it's like the one in the picture, it's about 1-1/4" long and 1/4" in diameter, or 32mm x 6.3mm. But it could be many different things.

I wouldn't worry too much about whether it's glass or ceramic. It's the functionality that matters.
