hey guys

this a rechargeable lithium battery with
Output voltage = 11.1 v
battery capacity = 1100 mAh
Max charge output = 12.6 v

first of all this a task given to me , and i wanna know
what is this circuit working for ? and what is its layout ?
and when i replace those batteries how can i connect them together ?
please explain it to me with layout

It looks like a BMS pcb ( battery maintenance supply), it stops the battery from being discharged too low, also it protects the battery when charging.
