I use protuse to see the output signal of an ic driver :l6384
I connect all the input according to the datasheet but still i get no output at the booth terminal hvg and lvg . I hope someone find out the issues.

It is likely that you did not carefully read and interpret the datasheet. How are we supposed to help without any information on what you have done like a schematic diagram or even a picture of what you have constructed.

 

I have never heard of "protuse". What is that?

Really need a schematic of your set up.
