I can not find the spesific type of electrical component, any suggestions?

I have a project to make an energy harvester. I read many journals to make the device. But I have a problem the journal didn't explain the specific component, any suggestions to solve my problem? Thank you

Hello,

No, I just found the PDF on the internet.
Did you read the circuit description in section V. of the PDF?
There is a mistake in there, U6 mentioned as 555 is in the schematic wrong numbered as U5.

Thanks, I didn't notice that. Do you have an idea to solve the schematic, there is many components that didn't explained by the journal, like the value of the resistors or the type of diodes. Thank you

Yes I have reading the section V, but in this section didn't explains all the components specificly.

Do searches for Analog devices, Texas instruments... all manufacturers and will get an overdose of devices and their application notes with correct schematic values .
