I am working on a common-base Hartley oscillator assignment. I'm unsure if the circuit for the common base is correct because there is no output signal at all. I feel disappointed.

What I am wondering is whether this circuit is a common base circuit.
Additionally, no matter how many combinations of L and C are used, normal oscillations do not occur.
Lastly, what I desire is a frequency of 1MHz. ( hartly )

 

I haven't played with your simulation but I speculate you may need to perturb the circuit to get the simulation going. Maybe send it a voltage spike?

Is the oscillation usually of that magnitude? I think I accidentally stumbled upon the correct combination of L and C the moment I uploaded it

Furthermore, is it correct to implement the common base circuit in that manner?

As this is a homework assignment, you should work out the answer yourself to those two questions.
Work out the output impedance of the Collector circuit and the 50k load for the magnitude.

I am not familiar with LTspice, can I get the command to check the maximum value in the fft graph or can I know how to find the value corresponding to 1MHz in fft graph ?
I tried '.meas FFT max V(OUT)' but it didn't come out,,
