As for your first question (post #1), I can't recall any rating that specifies gate resistance. It is usually considered a capacitor and is voltage controlled, albeit current is required to charge it rapidly. So, without actually seeing the datasheet you reference, the "on" resistance would most likely be RDS(on).

It's a 140A 100V, Rds @ 10V 7milli Ohms, N type Mosfet..from China only..here are snapshots of the datasheet...
