in the web store i see "internal resistance".
Is that
Drain-Source On-State Resistance (RDS(ON)).

OR '

Gate Resistance (Rg)

thanks

/the mosfet is RU1H140R , from computer PSU

and the second question :
maximum drain current

is that

Continuous Drain Current (ID)
or
Pulsed Drain Current (IDM)

i bet on continuous...?

Hello,

There are many stores on ebay etc. that don't have a clue on electronics.
Buy your parts at respectable sellers like farnell, newark, mouser and digikey.

There are lots of application notes on interpreting mosfet specifications. Here is one that address continuous current rating: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/an-936.pdf?fileId=5546d462533600a40153559e997e1180

Scroll down to #9.

As for your first question (post #1), I can't recall any rating that specifies gate resistance. It is usually considered a capacitor and is voltage controlled, albeit current is required to charge it rapidly. So, without actually seeing the datasheet you reference, the "on" resistance would most likely be RDS(on).
