I week ago I picked up this HP 3455A 5.5-6.5 digit bench meter. I got it for $25 since it was sold to me not working.
On power up, almost all the LEDs light up, but the display is blank. Key presses do nothing.
I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps in the manual, as well as the basic steps.
All rails are present, both inguard and outguard. The ripple is to spec on all rails.
Both clocks are present, and the outguard processor start pulse is seen on power up.
Where I’ve gotten to now, is the inguard processor start pulse. It does not seem to happen on power up. I can’t really see any communication on the interrupt line as well.

I’d really like to get this meter up and running!
