Down here's a perfect 22°C (71.6°F) and a little humid (30% chance of rain) but that's alright. I haven't gone for a run in a long while and I'm going to take advantage of this perfect weather and go for it today.

Stop rubbing it in. It was snowing today. Just flurries but still snow. :(

Have you ever seen snow cmartinez? Bet you never had to remove it from your car before you can got to work. ;)

Actually... I have.... in fact, I lived in Ohio for a couple of years, back in 1981... I loved the scenery but pretty quickly got tired of all that snow... especially in February, when it was no longer nice and white, but had turned into a slushy, partially frozen mud.
And yes, I had to scrub the snow off the windshield of my car when I attended Purdue University, back in 1983... but the worst that I remember was when I had to drive to Chicago in late December.
When entering the city I had to stop every once in a while to clean the dirty, slimy thing off the windshield that was falling in the form of a flurry... a byproduct of all the pollution surrounding the place...

Where did you live in Ohio? Anywhere near Cleveland is horrible for snow. They get what is called "lake effect" snow. The wind typically comes from the north picking up all that moisture on the way. Eire, PA and Buffalo, NY have similar issues. Toronto actually gets less snow.

For us, the magic line seems to be Interstate 80 that runs east and west across the to half of the state. Anything north gets lots of snow. I am about 150km south of that road.

It does get cold enough to ice boat. This is about 100km north of my house.

The rain stopped, the temperature is beautiful, and I just remembered why automotive electric repairs are so expensive. Four hours to trace out and repair a broken ground wire...and I still have to put the door back together. What ever happened to a key hole, a door knob, and a window crank? This thing has power side mirrors, power locks, power windows, Master door lock switch, Master window control switch, Auto-something window up&down switch, digital key detector, number pad entry code, and a couple of switches I haven't figured out what they do yet!

Oh well. Enough work for today. I'm probably just grumpy because my knees hurt. If they're going to put all this unnecessary stuff in a car, they should equip it with a hover board so I can levitate it to the right height and flip it up-side down so everything is convenient. Soldering in a wiring harness is PIB enough without being under the dash board with your legs wrapped around the steering column.

Rain. Rain. More rain...here in West Tennessee.
Rain all day hear too. Bummer. There was a model train show at the community center just off the bike path. I was going to ride out there to see what's up in trains these days. Really haven't messed with them in about 40 years.

A bit warm for you "Nanook of the North" types, but it's absolutely exquisite for us Tropical types who are acclimated to a Heat Index in the middle 90's.:p

Mostly rainy yesterday, and a bit fresh, but this week we're expecting not-so-bad days with lows at 16° C (61° F) and highs of 19° C (62° F). A little rain is forecast on thursday.

I was in your neck of the woods for Thanksgiving. I waved.

The weather was awesome. The sun was a bit bright, though.

Thanks. I'm working on a black car right now, and I ordered the extra sunlight so it would be easier to see my work inside the door panels and under the dashboard.;)
