Nothing spectacular here. Just a heat index of 105F.
I dropped a couple of pints yesterday doing yard work.
Completely wet shirt, dripping sweat in my glasses.:(
Feeling miserable today. Sore muscles. Not going outside!

The never-ending high pressure system here is keeping the sky blue, the sun bright and hot (20-degrees above average) and my grass is turning brown after a surprisingly mild and drought-free summer. Kind of sad that I could keep such a nice lawn while I was working. Now when I spend my day taking care of my lawn, it turns to $h!t. Well, something around here has to be stressed - thank god it's the lawn and not me.

Heat Index below 90F by 4 PM.:)
It's almost time for winter chores.
In another month the outside will be pleasant all day long and most of you will be shoveling snow.:D

42F in the air? Not uncomfortable if you live in Norway.
Just don't fall in the water!
Not uncomfortable at all. It all lies in the layer of clothes you wear. When I'm on deck, I wear an inflatable vest.

That's hilarious. I'm reluctant to put my boat in the river at any temperature below about 22°C.
It would be nice with 22°C in the sea... What's the name of the river?

Didn't go to the boat today. A friend came to my door, and said he was slowly being more depressed by the day. We had a good talk. Poor guy.
When he left, most of the day had gone, so I ended up finishing some coding projects.

Hopefully, I can set sail tomorrow.
