I have Intermediate knowledge on raspberry pi, I'm sorry if I didn't use the proper terminology.
I'm currently working on particle sensors, I have bought two sensors of same model and it runs UART. I would like to test them simultaneously, is there a way to use multiple UART lines? And I know there are 5 UART ports on CM4, but I need help from you guys on enabling them.

Read the datasheet. It will tell you if you can (probably), and how. This is how you learn, and strengthen your knowledge & confidence in skills. It's what we all did. If you then get stuck, after a good effort, please come back with more information on what you're not understanding in the datasheet.
