This is the datasheet circuit diagram, so you need to reproduce it,, pins 2,15 positive and 4 negative are the supply pins.

If you only have one device to check then solder it to an adapter made from proto board pieces cut and placed so that one conductor strip is centered under each leg. BUT ONLY SURFACE SOLDER, NOT THRU HOLE.
But keep in mind that itis a high gain device that will oscillate quite easily. Also, it needs a heat sink.

Do you have an actual PCB with a mounting location available?
