I have drawn pHEMT transistor with my circuit equivalent small signal analysis model. I want to get the gain from the drawn small signal equivalent circuit model.
I have derived the equation for gain of my drawn small signal equivalent circuit and I don't know how to find out the output voltage across Lf(Feedback inductor) and Ls(Source inductor), which are connected in the small signal equivalent circuit including these two inductors.
I have attached my small signal equivalent circuit model and gain derived equation in the word file (I have not included volatage across the Lf(Feedback inductance) and Ls(source inductance)).
Please help me find out the gain of my small signal model equivalent circuit model.
