I retract my first suggestion to simply swap out the motor. A 10HP motor is larger than I imagined and is not as cheap as other options.

In that case, I retract the opinion I had formed of your suggestion...

 

I suspect that with the possible high initial load/current, you will have to start the compressor motor using an unloader until up to speed.

Hi Max, Thanks for your Infomation, yes my compressor has an unloader. That is ok But need more Information as the electrical Motor is 7.5kw can you advise how many horsepowers is this electrical motor.
