My name is Phillip and I would like to know if anyone could provide me a lesson to program a chip. I have the source code and I have order Pickit1 Flash starter kit should arrive in a few days time. I have the HEZ file but I do not no how to transfer it to the PIC. I am willing to pay for any ones time. I am based I Hertfordshire. My e email sales@shadsew.co.uk

If anyone is interested I also have a small project to assemble componets on to a PCB and to drill 3 holes in a box. There would be up to 45 units

The PICkit 1 has a very very limited number of devices it can work with. While you can still buy one it should be considered obsolete.

A PICkit 3 can program every device and should be what you seek.
