hello ..let me start by saying that i am a newbie and this forum has been a great help to me so thank you in advance for you help and patience... I am trying to identify an eeprom chip on a vehicle instrument cluster pcb...im looking for chip 93c76 but i cant seem to identify it...there are only 3 soic8 package chips on the board so I believe it must be one of these... I have uploaded the 3 pics

First, see if you can identify the power supply pins. If they match the pinout of the 93C76 then you are part way there.
Next see if the data and control lines coming from the controller make sense.

By the way, two of the parts hae the same part number. Are you expecting two EEPROM's? I am guessing that there are not two controllers so the chip in picture is probably the controller. The pair of chips are made by JRC and the other chip looks like it is made by Philips. I am betting that the controller is the Philips part.
