Is there any written procedure to do Business in outside?
or supply in world??
Absolutely, import/export regulations, tarrifs and taxes as well business registration and insurance as well a business plan as such.

From nothing comes nothing so you need to invest:

MONEY. If you dont have any, nobody is going to give it to you.
TIME. If you arent willing to work hard you wont get anywhere.
RESEARCH. If you dont know the market, its more likely you will just fail
OPTIMIZATION. cutting costs, improving value, all the time.
SKILLS. You have them or dont, or need to aquire them.

Hello,
I think this is important 1step how to Do this?

RESEARCH. If you dont know the market, its more likely you will just fail
Look at your competitors, dont copycat them but its acceptable to do something similar.
There will be some performing well, and others, less successful.

Do you have domestic customers already? If you whats your annual or monthly sales roughly?
Do you sell a product or a service?
Did you ever sell just anything before?
Do you target some geo area or just worldwide?
Are you a original manufacturer of a) industrial goods b) a consumer product, or are you a reseller/distributor?

If you answer these questions I can pass you some useful information for sure.

Hello takao21203 ,
I want to know the procedure!
you can try JETRO

I just viewed your website
Not sure do you seek overseas business partner or do you want to sell to overseas end customer?

Why would they want to import from you and not buy from domestic seller?
Whats your advantage?

When you only sell a few different items international its a weak point, most chinese have at least 1000 items, some 5000 or so.

Handling low price items and larger items like the LED displays which maybe cost some 100$ also is totally different.

Maybe you shouldnt roll out your business plan on a forum.
When I work together with others for business, it takes long hours work on many days not just a few forum posts.
