I'm new to spice modeling ,here i'm trying to model the capacitor but the problem is i have only impedance vs Fre graph(please find the attachment with me .

To model a capacitor i need to have Cap,ESL,ESR value .
Please let me know how to find these value .

 

Zc=1/(j*2*Pi*F*C)
You know Zc, you know F. Plug them in, solve for C.

Now there are no labels, which is Ohms and which is Frequency?

 

You find ESL and ESR from the manufacturer's datasheets. You can also try to measure them yourself if you have the right equipment.

y axis is in Ohms
