How to find a short on the motherboard

You need to read all the specs in that datsheet, it says maximum peak drop at 1A is 0.55V, but since your meter uses a tiny current to measure the drop, then it should around 0.2v because it is a schottky diode.

I suggest you connect the adaptor to the board and start measuring voltage on the parts on page 38 on the way from PCN1, across DP45 and 46. Then on page 39 voltages at P2, P3, B+ and B++, along with the three singals going to PQ10.
Then on page 40 voltage on MAINPOWON, B+++, +5ALWP and +3ALWP.

I started measure them .
How to measure FBM inductor ?I measured it but always shows OL or 0 . Do i need tweezer .
And how to measure capacitor PC1 on schematic
.
100P_0402_50V8J
Capacitor 100P Capacitance code 0402 50v voltage and what is 8J Tolerance ?

The power jack shoes 19.44V
DP45 shows 120 - 130 mV
DP46 shows 130 mV
I placed the negative probe to ground and it shows 1.95 - 2V for both DP45 - DP46
PR29 - it shows me 0.00v but when i place negative probe to gnd it shows 1.4V
PR35 - it shows me 0.00v but when i place negative probe to gnd it shows 1.4V
PQ10 - 1.35 v

Than How it works for P3 , B+ , B++ and .... they are group of components Do i have to follow the lines P3 goes all way down to row 18 .
B+ just to measure PL2 .

Thanks
Not measure the parts, measure the voltage on the indicated points with the power adaptor plugged in.

So from ground to the power jack you got 19.44V.
From ground to pin 1 of PD45-46 you have only 130mV? That seems odd.

When measuring voltage just keep the negative probe on ground and measure with the positive probe the voltage on the points I indicated.

From ground to pin 1 to DP45 - 1.36 V- 1.45V and from ground to pin 1 to DP46 -1.36 V- 1.45V . Both shows the same Voltages . !

PR29 - 1.4V
PR35 - 1.4V
PQ10 - 1.35
I follow your instructions .

I replaced 2 ferrite beads !
And I recovered the power on the motherboard , but there is another problem .
As soon as I plug in the power adapter into the power jack the laptop turn on automatically . I don't have to press the power button !

Any suggestion where this problem comes from ?
Thanks
