How to drive NMOS (IRF540n) from PWM?

    Hi experts!
    kindly help me to solve my issue.
    currently I am working on Class D amplifier. I have generated two PWM which are inverted versions of each other (please see attached pic) and now i want to drive two NMOS (IR540N) from these PWM's. Can u suggest me how can I achieve this? waiting for your kind response

    The complete name of the part you've described is IRF540N, and here's its datasheet.

    Can you please post a schematic of the circuit that you have mind, so we can help you further?

    I would use a totem pole driver like this...

    And the RGATE would only be necessary for high frequencies.
