After all testing processes I realized that the node is unconnected between High and Low side (Q3 - Source and Q4 Drain in the schematic), after connecting it together and connecting the load between that node and GND worked, I got aproximately 400-500VPP and the ceramic disk vibrated finally!
But, yes there is a HUGE BUT: This god damn piezo ceramic disk is totaly nightmare to mount. It is so sensitive and I could not get a successfull mounting with different tank materials like, plastic, glass, ABS box.
I want to thank you all although I could not succeed. Anyway, I gave up to use this ceramic disc but I 'm sharing the half-bridge driver schematic for anyone who wants to use it:
